As the military gets set to move forward with robot mules, one can’t help but wonder it they’ll have problems similar to those of their namesake. The follow up strip, of course, should be, “Now that it’s going, we can’t get it to stop, sir.”
Humor aside, the robot stuff they’re doing at Boston Dynamics looks way cool.
Alright, I’m not sure this one will even make sense (to most of us) without checking out this article. However, I’ll also summarize the science and humor here. A damaged amygdala (supposedly) produces a greater chance of engaging in behavior where the risks may outweigh the rewards, e.g. gambling and (I suggest in this cartoon) dating. So, today’s cartoon hero seeks to leverage that information for selfish intent. See the humor that can be found in brain damage? Funny stuff.
