The numbers are in and show conclusively (well, almost… maybe) that the air over Europe is cleaner for having disrupted air traffic via Iceland’s volcanic eruption. Clearly, this might be the way forward. And, at the least, how many times do you get to see Palaeoproterozoic in a comic strip? That’s the kind of sub-reference that I live for.
